Only 4 other customers there, but not one clean table, trash overflowing. Had to go back three times to the line to get the right order. Staff was in street clothes, serving themselves from the workers side of the glass (no gloves, no hair net, no hat) and ignoring me on the customers side. Loud obnoxious music from the back was blasting out the music for customers in the front. Out of control! Never again!

It's like Chipotle but maybe a little less healthier. Definitely get the salad bowl, they give you a piece of toasted tortilla with optionally melted cheese at the bottom of the bowl, and you can pick your base, protein, and toppings. I got the grilled steak and sweet pork barbacoa, I wanted the roasted beef barbacoa but they ran out of it. Anyways, I liked the grilled steak better, but if you dont mind sweet pork then you'll probably enjoy that more than I did (I don't particularly like sweet meat stuff).

I’m usually at this restaurant a lot as i work at the alderwood mall and i usually have a fabulous experience and no complaints on the food, today however i placed a mobile order and when i sat to eat it i realized basically half of my food was missing. absolutely no rice or beans. i proceeded to come back in to get my food fixed and they were perfectly fine to help however i watched a couple of the employees laugh about my order specifically the younger blond guy working at 5 o clock on 8/7/25 and watched him mouth and say ... read more
