This location used to be a consistent 5-star experience for me. The food is still great, but the service this time was frustrating. They were out of steak, which is totally understandable, but when I asked for the price difference to be adjusted the employee kept trying to convince us to change our order instead of fixing the charge. When he couldn’t do that, he said the only way to adjust it was to give me cash back instead of correcting the transaction. I like cafe rio in the way that people like pop music, a bit of something for everyone. Best way to buy it is order online then pickup and take home

I had a chicken quesadilla, with a hair.. well I didn’t order the hair it was just there. 🤢 the workers should be required to wear hair, beard or full body nets. No one wants to eat any of your body hair. Not to mention they are careless if your food drags along their belly hanging over the counter as they prepare your food. The workers should take more pride in their job, if you don’t like what you do for money then don’t work there. Also the whole restaurant is dirty and does not feel clean what so ever.
