!!WARNING HEALTH HAZARD!! Hurts me to post this review because I love Cafe Rio and the food has always been amazing! Unfortunately today though when I was eating my salad I found a fly. This is so disgusting that I don’t think I could ever eat at this location again. I seriously caution you to think twice before coming here. The number I called was helpful at getting me a refund so that was good but I also think the health inspector need to come by and do an inspection now.
My husband and I ordered pickup. My salad was supposed to have a tortilla with melted cheese. My husband's tacos had hardly any meat, and some of the rice rock solid. Reminded why we stopped eating here for the last 2 years.
I used to come here all the time. It's been awhile and I can definitely say the service has gone down hill. Heaven for bid you ask for a special request. The help will just snap at you. I even offered to pay extra. I was treated extremely rude. I went and told the manager and he didn't seem to care either. I canceled my order and left. I'm not going to pay $15.00 for a meal to be treated rude.
