The girls making my food were great and the cashier was great as well, I bought a flour tortilla by itself it was cold so I went back and asked if they can warm up my tortilla the girl said yes, but the female making them said very rudely “no, you can not take food back” which I understand but there’s ways of saying things or offering a new warm tortilla, didn’t have to take it back and then she’s shaking her head. I like this place and their tortillas are so good but warm, very disappointed.
I love this food but seeing this while waiting in line is one way to completely ruin an appetite. Keep in mind this was done in the evening while they had 3 hours left to close. no doubt they cooked more meat on there after he stepped his shoes all over the grill.
One of my favorite places to stop when passing through Federal Way. Recently had the shrimp tacos and they were Soo tasty.
Food is good. Service.....hit or miss. Order for pickup often. And half the time they are "on time" but the other times, even when the App says the food it ready - it is not. In fact, they haven't even started making it half the times I show up to pick up my "ready" food.
