I would avoid this location. The staff are rude and the restaurant is poorly run. This is squarely on the management team at this location. This is the second time I’ve ordered pickup at this location and it’s constantly a disaster. I arrived at my designated order time. Expecting to pick up my order (their ads say to order ahead and save time, I guess I missed the fine print on that). Just like last time, my order was not ready. My family of six loves this place, so we get take-out here (via the app) a lot - like, A LOT. And because my wife loves Cafe Rio so much, I'd be perfectly happy to say they can do no wrong, but... they always, always, ALWAYS screw up at least one thing with our order. Now, it's normally not something so far off as getting the whole entree wrong, but it's forgetting things we've paid for, like forgetting to add a 4oz dressing, an extra tortilla, or side of meat, or queso on the nachos, or that we asked to leave something off ... read more
