Very dirty!! Rice was under cooked I had 1 chicken taco rice no beans small drink 15.00 . Taco was mostly lettuce and Pico, not much chicken. Will never go back!!!!
Came back to eat ant cafe rio after so many years and I regret so bad. Dirty, smelly salty food. I won’t go back

Took friends to this location last night for Taco Tuesday. All tables were dirty so used my hand sanitizer and squirted it all over to wipe down table. When we got drinks, the counter was filthy and sticky. I didn't even want to set my cup down. I felt like I was at a dirty Circle K. And no, they weren't busy.
