All of the staff was very warm and welcoming, I was immediately greeted at the front counter. The manager Veronica had great customer service and made sure my family had a great experience.
Ok, came here exhausted after walking the mall for hours. The customer service was great from the minute we walked in and the food was fantastic! The environment was clean and the sounds was normal. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.
Possibly the best Cafe Rio location I've ever been to, easily dwarfs the ones in Utah & Vegas. Veronica & Co. very nice and accommodating every time.
