Excited to visit since we don't live anywhere near a Café Rio. Non of the workers were kind, smiled or were friendly. Our son went first ahead of us while I was helping our daughter. They kept asking if he wanted things that were "up selling" without telling him they would be extra....enchilada style, salsa on the side($1.00 for a small scoop) etc.... my daughter got a bowl and it wasn't even half filled. Really an Utah classic. I usually get the tostada.
We stood in line for 30minutes to get food which we are understanding, it was busy and we are willing to wait. When we finally got to the counter they were completely out of queso which was a huge bummer as we probably would have left if we knew. The rice had burnt pieces in it- the guy that was doing salad and pico in the line pulled up his pants multiple times with gloved hands without switching his gloves which is unsanitary in my opinion.
