Has dirty tables, service is terrible and employees weren’t that nice noir friendly.

I would say One of the best Cafe Rio ever been to. Everything smells fresh even Grilled Chicken is super juicy compared to other Cafe Rio . Always smiling staff. Plus was they appreciate your asks.
Got the nachos with beef barbacoa. Chips and beef were really salty. :/
Huge sloppy enchilada style burritos with lettuce and pico. Their sweet pork is delicious. Got a horchata machine too.
