Our takeout order wasn't ready at 840pm like it should have been. In fact, it hadn't even been started. Once the crew finally did start making it, they kept saying they were out of stuff. Out of steak (which we paid extra for), out of rice, out of barbacoa. This was an hour before closing time. Why are they out of everything?? Their way of trying to make up for this fiasco was to offer a bunch of cookies. No discount, no refund. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in this visit.
They do a good job here...good food, decent prices.. Great rewards program
The staff was not helpful or courteous. A lack of customer service.
Food was amazing and came out fast. The person at station 1 was kinda rude, but everyone else was cool. Good spot for a big meal.
Food was spicy i told them no spicy and the prices are high too . Cheif was really bad and rude way of communicating that not accepted in restaurant business i don't recommend this place
