This location is the worst one of Cafe Rio! These people need serious retraining. Most of the orders from this location are made wrong or they don’t have a meat option available. They offer no apologies or any customer service. Most are college kids who don’t give a crap about the customer. 3 or 4 times I have ordered the steak only to be told they ran out and they can’t/won’t make more because even though they are open till 10pm, their excuse is they close down the grill at 7pm. We were the only one in line and the employee was slowly restocking food not even acknowledging us for several minutes, until another employee asked if we'd been helped and the food was mediocre and didn't even taste fresh.

It's been 5 years since I left a review, and since then I've come dozens of times. Their Taco Tuesday is the best value, and the food is amazing every time. Cafe Rio is my favorite restaurant in Rexburg by far.
