Went in tonight 04-09 around 8 and there was a older guy and a younger girl with red hair i went in and they just made us felt rushed didn’t want to listen to what we wanted didn’t even ask us on 2 of our burritos what we wanted on them veggies part just pack it up and then on our last order I got a salad and they just wanted to make it with only a tortilla meat and nothing else worse experience I’ve ever had with this location not sure if I’ll ever be back soo RUDE IF I COULD 0 STARS CAFE RIO HAS GONE TO SHIT
I called in to cancel an order because I forgot to put in my coupon online. I think she was the training manager, but she was SO kind and so helpful to cancel the order and then help re add my coupon so I could order it online. Honestly the nicest interaction I’ve had with restaurant staff in years. Thank you!!
