We have been eating at Cafe Rio for as long as I can remember. They have the best food, best tortillas, the best service and genuinely the best ranch in the whole world.
We used to live in Taylorsville and have been to the Cafe Rio there. Many years ago (12 or so ago) Great food, Slop the hogs style of service though , we've been to the one in the Taylorsville area and up in Park City. Now we been to this one. All have the same great food and atmosphere, but all have the same "rush you through the line" service. Still after all these years, the same service. I was there right before closing, the staff was awesome! They were out of a couple items and bent over backwards to make the customers happy!
