Every time is go here the service is so slow and terrible. Are they always short staffed? Today I was the only one in the drive through and had to wait 2-3 minutes to be greeted. Then it took another 3-5 minutes at the window. Here is my salad….no tortilla chips and sour cream. The salad doesn’t come with sour cream. Yet another disappointing drive through experience at Cafe Rio in Kuna!
Absolutely horrible experience! Kuna Cafe Rio has a younger guy working the drive thru 8/29/25 at 3:16 pm. He mumbles something then yells I have to take the kiosk. I take the card reader on a stick and hit 0% tip because it’s a $6 queso. He looks at my receipt and tells me to have a great day and slams the window. I sit there for a few minutes and he comes back with chips and queso, throws it in my car and slams the window. I threw away the queso because I don’t trust it.
Delicious! I saw the reviews and it almost deterred me from going here, but my friend said I should try it anyway and I am glad I did. Great taste!
Please open a Cafe Rio in Canyon County!!! One of my faves is the quesadilla with shredded chicken. Flavorful but not too spicy. Always fresh. They are happy to customize toppings how you want them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This location (Kuna) NEVER has items that we order on Door dash or when we go in person. The staff seems to think this is fine. What ever happened to making sure if you offer a service or product to the public, you are prepared?!
