Really nice and friendly staff. Food is always good and very clean.
The employees struggle to listen to instructions, they are however mildly polite which I will give them that as even that’s hard to find these days. I think the biggest problem for me is how disgustingly dirty the place is. They had ice sitting on the drink bar that was in a mildew covered dirty bowl. I’m assuming that is what goes into the ice machine. The place just felt sticky on every surface. I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. I won’t be returning simply for fear of getting ill.
The guy in the drive thru line got our order wrong twice.
Last few times I went there the food was not very good, the chips were stale and extremely salty and so was the queso.
Jay was incredible !! Such a sweetheart!! Ben and Preston are super through and patient on the food line with a great sense of humor Kate made some of the most beautiful tortillas I have seen and I’m from Tucson Az!! this crew is probably the best crew I’ve ever run across at any fast food place/ dine in eatery.. their energy is amazing!!!
