This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at Cafe Rio. The staff barely spoke up while taking my order, making it almost impossible to clearly hear or confirm what selections they were asking about. Because of that, my burrito ended up wrong. I could have asked for an entirely new one, but I’m not someone who likes to waste food, so I just paid for it and left annoyed. On top of that, the staff was clearly not on task. Everything about our visit was wonderful. I would recommend this store.
Manager is super rude I just came in to buy a gift card and some old lady was being extremely rude behind the counter and ofc she made some other guy named Johan check us out so her name wouldnt be on the receipt. I'm assuming shes the manager because she was inserting herself with customers should've asked for her name but I just wanted to get out of there. **Update: Food is still delicious, however, their app for ordering is TEDIOUS to say the least. Unable to put in orders for pick up or delivery. FIX THE APP PLEASE** The food is always good! The service was efficient AND friendly! I tried their Fideo for the first time, and I really liked the flavor. I can't go wrong with the sweet pork barbacoa salad!!! I haven't had a dish I haven't liked. I love this new location is close to home.
