This was my favorite cafe rio until the person making our tacos was rude to us. She tried to give my husband old dry chicken and when he said he didn't want that, that he would take pork instead she didn't even drain fat off the pork and the whole taco was greasy and ruined. Did it to all four of our tacos. Will not go back to any cafe rio ever again.
Ok, so I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years now. When I first started coming to this location the food was great I never complained. Fast forward to 2025 I’m not sure what has changed but the food is terrible. Every time I order a quesadilla with fire grilled chicken it’s either burnt, extremely dry like it’s been sitting in the sun for 2 days and honestly inedible, it baffles me that they can’t cook a good quesadilla. Way too expensive for what it is. I’m basically eating a vegetarian burrito, I kept wondering where the meat was. Turns out there was very little. Make sure you’re watching who is putting the meat in your food.
LOVE their fresh take on Mexican food. Friendly and engaging staff.
Food is o.k. Customer service requires improvement. And if you order online, order will be late and missing at least one of your items. This location needs improvement.
