This is what they consider a large guac. A 3 oz sauce cup. And I wish I had taken a photo of my double meat burrito but it definitely just had a normal amount of meat cause I ate the whole thing and I usually can’t when I get double meat

Something is messed up every single time I order here. Every single time I give it a chance my order is wrong. It’s actually wild how consistent they are at being bad.

I've had it with Cafe Rio! They don't honor survey coupons, they are rude, and the food is not what it used to be. There are too many places to eat to keep coming back here!

I went there tonight with my family and there was a girl taking our order, very kind and nervous. The GM was working as well-A Hispanic gentleman (Can't recall his name). He completely tore into this girl taking our order and the orders after us, totally embarrassing her and making her cry as she is trying to serve customers. I told him I wanted to file a complaint for how he handled the employee and I got nothing but defensiveness and dismissiveness. This place needs to close up. The employees are miserable and they are constantly out of things. Plus the place always looks dirty. I stopped going a couple months ago and then decided to give it a try again. They were short staffed and not friendly. The only employee that seems to be friendly and will smile at you is the Hispanic lady making the tortillas. I think I am done with this location. 5/14/25 I only came here because we had some gift cards given to us. Once again no chicken and no steak at dinner time. What a joke.... read more
