I’m honestly so upset with my experience at this Cafe Rio today. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was the worst visit I’ve ever had. I ordered a steak burrito, and they only put about four tiny pieces of steak in it. It looked like a kids meal. I even asked if it was a kids burrito because of how small it was. When I asked for a side of steak to make up for it, they didn’t even fill the container halfway and still charged me over $4. This was my favorite cafe rio until the person making our tacos was rude to us. She tried to give my husband old dry chicken and when he said he didn't want that, that he would take pork instead she didn't even drain fat off the pork and the whole taco was greasy and ruined. Did it to all four of our tacos. Will not go back to any cafe rio ever again.
Ok, so I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years now. When I first started coming to this location the food was great I never complained. Fast forward to 2025 I’m not sure what has changed but the food is terrible. Every time I order a quesadilla with fire grilled chicken it’s either burnt, extremely dry like it’s been sitting in the sun for 2 days and honestly inedible, it baffles me that they can’t cook a good quesadilla.
