Ordered 6 tacos and there was literally a teaspoon of protein in each and miscellaneous stuff in sour cream.
Cashier was rude and snappy
There have been many times I have placed my order at this specific location (Baseline and Rural). 99% of the time my order and food is great. The other 1% is failure of customer service, bad limes used, getting an order delivered with items I’m allergic to, and the quality of my order looking pretty shabby. Cafe Rio in itself is an amazing place and I love their food because it’s fresh. Otherwise, depending on the time you of day depends on the outcome.
This place smells like a dumpster and the quality the workers put into their preparation matches. I want to emphasize this is JUST this location. Workers seemed bothered and annoyed and are ten steps ahead of you that they kept remaking peoples food for not listening to customers. I ordered the steak, the woman went to where the steak is prepared since they were out and thought I wouldn't notice her putting a few pieces that were left on the cutting board into a bin like it was fresh. The service is pathetic here. Always out of drinks, told 3 times to refill and it never happened. They had to remake 2 of our burritos and they were barely rolled. Cafe Rio has gone down hill over the years.
