The staff did not have any main items ready such as rice, beans, or proteins, while saying I had to wait 15 mins. They then proceeded to try and get me to buy a drink when I wasn’t wanting to order in the first place. After 15 minutes of the staff standing around talking in the front I go and ask how much longer until the rice is ready and they tell me it’s still another ten minutes out. This location is unorganized and lacks any urgency when it comes to they care of it’s customers.
I like the Cafe Rio on Baseline and rural because of Michelle the evening manager. She is so nice and vibrant. She always has a smile and always makes you feel welcome. She has great customer service skills and I wish everyone at your other locations were like her. I will keep returning because of Michelle!
Walked in and the line was dirty food everywhere can tell the food sat on the line for to long walked right out
I will pass on this one in the future. After we started our order we learned they were out of several ingredients, but of course we paid full price. What we did receive was fine, but I can't recommend this place given there are countless great competitors.
