Payson Cafe Rio is so much better than those in the surrounding areas. Food is a little on the pricey side but very good. Good variety, will customize order children's menu and incredible Tres Leches and Key lime pie!!
I like cafe rio and sometimes they do a good job at this location. Lots of other times, however, they really skimp out on the portions. Sometimes there is hardly any meat, rice and beans. It leaves me hungry and it’s disappointing. Can you please do something to change this?
