Don't order online. Waited 45 min for my food I ordered online, so I just walked thru the regular line, got my food and left. Very frustrating. Much much quicker and easier.
The food is good but the take out experience is consistently below average. Today’s order took 30 minutes longer than initially told it would take in the app. When I arrived, I was told that they were about 10 minutes behind so even then they were 20 minutes off. This is an ongoing issue every time I order phone pickup. I wish that they would work on improving this aspect of their customer service.
This has become my favorite Cafe Rio store, staff is always polite, my orders are always on point. Store is clean
