Tried this for the 1st time and had a coupon. They added all this extra money. No thanks. Won't ever eat at Rio again. Crap place. Plus it took 10 minutes just to get a dumb burrito. Don't waste your money.
If I could give negative stars they’d get -5.. The overall experience here is trash. Feel bad that the kids working here have zero guidance in the evening. I go here twice a year maybe and every time I go they’re out of something. This time, no rice & no black beans. Rice was going to take 10 mins to make. This place consistently sucks.
I ate at this location on 2/10/2025. The staff was rude and standing around, and I got food poisoning and was sick for the next 3 days! NEVER EVER EAT HERE!
Running out of steak in the middle of dinner rush? I won’t be back to this location ever. Do better
