Tonight I must say I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life!! I had a previous visit that wasn't too good and still made the decision to come to this location again. After getting the same worker who swept the floor and touched a dirty broom he then proceeded to put on gloves and start to prepare food. Never washed his hands. No longer includes rice and beans in the meal . Have to pay extra and was charged extra to put regular meat on the dish. Same price at costa vida with meat included and rice and beans. Used to love cafe Rio but very disappointed in their change to the pricing and menu.
The food was pretty good, but the menu is limited and nothing about it felt unique. It just felt like a Chipotle knock off. It wasn't a bad experience and I'd be willing to eat there again, but I probably wouldn't seek it out.
Food was amazing but this guy give you little to no rice and protein. Doesn't offer the sauce. Never order from him!! Look nothing in my bowl!!
I placed an online order 20 minutes out. I arrived 5 minutes past the pick time to ensure it would be ready. When I get there not only was it not ready, the staff was telling me my order did not exist. I pulled up the receipt showing that my order was real and for this location. Still they try telling me I was wrong and they did not have that order. Trying to make me feel stupid.
