Enjoy the food - but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You will be waiting between 20-40 minutes after the time your app tells you the food will be ready. This has been an issue for over a year and it has still not been fixed.
I ordered my meal @1:00 for 3:20 pick up. When I got to the restaurant, it was not ready. They indicated they were really busy and had to take care of in restaurant customers first. I asked if I could cancel my order. The answer was no because payment went through. So. I am currently in the lobby waiting for something I ordered 3 hours ago.
They removed the cilantro lime vinaigrette from the menu which has been a staple on the menu as far back as I can remember eating here. In fact, it was the only reason I came - to enjoy it on a salad since I don't find the rest of their food that great. I've tried their new dressing which is massive downgrade. Smoky chipotle and honey is not what I want on a salad I want to feel bright and fresh. Shame I won't have a reason to come on my own anymore.
