A group of us has been going to Cafe Rio for years. The food is fresh and good but the staff is fantastic. The manager, Hailey, is awesome. Unfortunately, this location is closing March 29, 2026. The staff was informed last Friday. We will miss Hailee, Noah, Mari, and all the other employees who were awesome.
Service at this location is bad most times. Online orders are constantly done incorrectly and never completed within the time frame provided. So frustrating seeing the place go downhill since it first opened.
Its set up like a chipotle but the food was tasteless in my opinion. Only one employee seemed happy to be working.
The food was ok but the place was so dirty.
