Kiosk use is okay BUT you need to be able to take an order at a counter if needed I was trying to pay cash and no one would help me I’m unsure if I’ll be back I waited ten minutes at the counter people kept looking at me but no one came to help
I genuinely do not like coming here because of the staff members your food is good but service nothing your workers see us but do nothing not even a hello or an acknowledgment of “ il be with you soon” I work in fast food I understand how it can be sometimes but when there nobody here and there still not acknowledgement lets be for real here it should not be that hard they even made eye contact with me and still said nothing
This is a very small store and they make you order for yourself at kiosk and the tortilla wasn't freshly made just not the quality I expected at Cafe Rio
