This was my first time trying Cafe Rio, and it will definitely be my last. I’ll be sticking with Costa Vida from now on. I ordered the Sweet Pork Quesadilla, and it was disappointing from the first bite. The meat was distributed so unevenly that I’d get a huge chunk of pork in one bite, then by the end of the quesadilla it was almost nothing but cheese. Hostile kiosk and friend who is fluent in such devices had to cancel his credit card purchase and begin anew. This place with its so called kiosk ordering is a mere shadow of larger Cafe REO locations that have served me well The gracious manager came to our rescue and helped with canceling our order. She seemed to have seen this ordering disaster before. Bb

This is basically the worst possible place to do a point of sale kiosk. Also military discount, good luck getting it, there's no employees even help. The restaurant felt empty But still numerous orders in front of me based on their screen, and it still took a meteoric level of time to get my food. So much for a quick meal. I also really loved the stale chips. Also this restaurant serves everything to go so they also create a meteoric amount of trash. Good americanized mexican good. I feel the quality has slipped a little over the years but still pretty good. Pricing has also gone up for what you get but it is in line with most fast food nowadays.
