You only order on a kiosk now I don’t remember applying to work there kinda weird, didn’t want to bother with the overly complicated ordering system and walked out without getting anything.
Walked in, saw the kiosk and immediately thought “great, I don’t remember working here but I guess it’s time to clock in” tried it out. Couldn’t decipher if they had made changes to the menu. Couldn’t get any help so decided to just leave. Would like to thank them for wasting my time.
This is the worst branch of Cafe Rio I have ever been to. Every time I go, they get my order wrong And they have a major attitude about it. I literally love every other Cafe Rio franchise, but this one! They definitely need more training and need some help with customer relations and listening to orders!
Pésimo servicio La comida muy mala Ordenas algo específico y te dan lo que ellos quieren Entregan la orden incompleta Las personas son muy groseras, intenté hacer mi orden con ellas y me dijeron que debía usar las computadoras que tiene ahí pero al poco tiempo llegó otra persona al parecer “amiga” de alguien de ahí y a ella si la atendieron en caja. Pedí un burrito con ciertas especificaciones entre ellas carne y salsa extra y pagué por esos extras y me dieron lo de un burrito regular
