I got a breakfast burrito here for a great price. I'd return!
Very disorganized staff. I ordered pickup so I could grab my food and head to the gate. When I arrived they couldn't tell me what bag was mine. Maybe half were labeled. They found the first one with a burrito and a salad and pushed me off to get to the next customer. I didn't get MY food. I paid extra for some of the premium proteins and got sweet pork in both and no that wasn't the only details they got wrong...
It actually tastes better than chipotle! It's also reasonably priced for being airport food!
Very disappointing experience at Cafe Rio. We ordered a bowl, and they missed 3 ingredients out of the 6 that were supposed to be included. The portion size was also extremely small for the price. On top of that, they forgot to add the free tortilla as well. Poor attention to detail and not worth the money this time.
I ordered a veggie breakfast burrito and specifically asked for no chicken because I don’t eat meat. While adding the potatoes, some of them fell into the chicken tray. Instead of making a fresh serving, she picked the potatoes out of the chicken and still added them to my burrito, along with a small piece of chicken. Since I don’t eat chicken, I had to throw the whole burrito away after paying $13 for it.
