I ordered a salad. It came with no lettuce. The entire staff rolled their eyes when I came back for lettuce. Just rude. That's all.

Ordered from kiosk and waited my food 35 min. Nobody cares, rude staff, don’t want to answer or don’t speak English I don’t know. I was very disappointed and almost late to my flight. Never again any location. Chipotle is the best!

Disgusting! Definitely not the same than it used to be. Ordered a salad and they ran out of guacamole, grilled chicken, cilantro, and corn salsa. It’s 2 pm… how you run out in the middle of the day? So basically half my food I ordered was not in the salad. They asked if I wanted shredded chicken since they ran out of grilled chicken so I said yes. Found a giant piece of chicken skin in my food. Tortilla is cold. And shredded salad looks old. Throwing out that entire thing.. gross.
