This is the best Cafe Rio I've been to in the SLC area. The manager Adolfo, genuinely cares and gives it his all. The small details aren't missed here and the result is great quality food and didn't experience. Their pollo asado is the best I've had at any Rio.
I order a salad on a drive thru and the salad cover was not even close or sealed. I noticed as soon she gave me bag . The young girl at the drive thru window gave me sassy look when I ask her to close the salad . Then proceed to give it back with an attitude. They need to hire people with some customers service skills
This is the 4th time I’m ordering food and I have not received my flour tortilla. Please stop forgetting the tortilla!!!! I love the food but you all cant keep forgetting an item that was ordered. Also i found an avocado skin in my bowl couple weeks ago. Please get it together. PS: my initial review was five stars but being a repeat customer with the same mistakes being made with my food orders, I had to update here.
