The employees at the Happy Valley Cafe Rio act like customers are invisible. They stand around talking to each other, pretending not to notice the growing line of people waiting to order. When they finally move, it’s with zero urgency or care, as if helping you is a massive inconvenience. The complete lack of attention makes you wonder why they even bother showing up. Honestly, I’d have a better experience scooping the food myself.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location is beyond awful. Every visit feels like a chore, and not once have I left satisfied. The staff are either uninterested or flat-out rude, and it’s clear they couldn’t care less about the people paying their salaries.
