I eat here once a week! New staff, long line as they are very very slow! Food was not hot, warm at best. Not very happy attitudes! Miss the twins

I'm a big fan of Cafe Rio and I'm sad several locations just closed. So I came here and what a disappointment. Employees could not care less, watched multiple customers get their orders with mistakes, absolute chaos even though it's not busy.
One motivated employee, but the food was worth the wait! Tortillas made right there!
