Slowest location. They’ll let your food just sit on the line getting cold for 20 minutes… terrible portions. Shame
Hands down the worst prepared Cafe Rio food I have had and I am usually a big fan. One, hard chunk of pork on each bowel is not satisfying. The ordering kiosk is interesting and the girl that should be calling out prepared orders spoke at just above a whisper.
I asked for Steak and got chicken on my drive thru order. I was so disappointed when i got home
I’m stunned by the lack of effort that went into my order. I’ve been sick all day and hadn’t eaten anything, so my sister ordered me food here through UberEats. I was so excited to drink my Horchata- until I pulled out a large cup with NOTHING in it!? I understand that they have a kiosk system, but surely you can see when the order is a delivery and know to fill up the actual cup… I also got a burrito bowl that only consisted of lettuce, rice, and beans.
