I came at 915 and ordered in the kiosk, after 15 minutes we ask and they said they are going as fast as they can. We waited another 15 minutes and they said it's about 15 more minutes (total 45 min) I asked for a refund as I was done waiting. The people in the back said they done that one and tried to look for it. I asked again for a refund. Ashley processed the refund hopefully. Yeah so everything lovely about café rio, ppof gone. Here you can expect to order on a kiosk and then be asked if you want to tip. They take FOREVER and only prioritize the drive through. They were out of horchata and it was kinda dirty. They call out your name when your orders ready but you cant really understand what they say cuz the music is so loud. Just drive a little further to the one in orem and you'll be way better off.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I love cafe rio but this location was out of guacamole, and didn't make my salad correctly. For how expensive the food is, it feels like quite the rip off to be out of anything - especially a high value item like guacamole. The kiosk let me add it and there was no communication until after I complained that they were out, and it was just a shrug and a "it is what it is" remark from staff.
