Please, for the love of a great cafe rio experience, get rid of the kiosks and get an assembly line at this location. It’s faster, more efficient, and all around a better customer experience.
This place used to be one of the greatest, and now it’s horrible. You order your stuff on a kiosk and do all the work and they still ask you for a tip. You ask for a water cup and 20 minutes someone hands it to you with their whole hand inside of the cup. They have traveling salesmen now trying to push desserts on you all the time. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day was ruined.
Very long wait for food and they took down the lemonade and horchata 40 minutes before closing.

I hate leaving not great reviews, but I come to this cafe Rio all the time because it’s the closest to me. I’m not exaggerating, 80% of the time, something is wrong with my order. I get the same burrito every time. Sometimes there’s no chicken, sometimes it’s pork instead of chicken, I NEVER get limes I asked for, etc. all my items are always listed correctly on the receipt, so please just lock in and make it how it’s written!
