Worst Cafe Rio ever. They were the last of the delivering good service and now they have succumbed to a kiosk and your food is done like takeout so you can’t specify likes as you can when you go through the counter service locations. My food took way longer and was cold. No one talks to you. It’s a total disaster for their business model. Should have gone to a regular fast food location. The kiosk won’t allow for things like pico and corn pico like the counter for example. It didn’t accept our free chips and dip from the app... read more
