I've had way better before
I would agree with the comments about not liking the kiosk style location. This really defeats the whole experience of building your own entree/watching it made. Very frustrated with the pay by the sauce options which were wrong when we got them. Why do we want to make Cafe Rio like a Taco Bell experience?? In the end.. the food reflected the design. Not accurate order due to disconnect with kiosk to kitchen - kitchen to customer, final outcome - NOT worth going back. Hopefully this is not a trend with Cafe Rio’s future!!
Tuve mala experiencia haciendo Uber. Normally really love this location but whoever they have working the drive thru today, needs to not interact with customers at all. Not only did his unwarranted attitude make me just forget half my order because I was shocked by the way he was speaking but then half of what I did order didn’t have everything on it. I’m sad & disappointed and wanted to go back to have it corrected but figured maybe it wasn’t worth it.
