Love Cafe Rio. First time at this location. I ordered the chicken burrito enchilada style. This is by far the best burrito I've ever had from a Cafe Rio. Plus, they gave me a lot of chips with my salsa.
Soggy burrito. Only filled dressing up half way when I paid for it. Side of salsa and sour cream not in containers and spilled all over the burrito.
Went to pick up my mobile order was told they were still working on it and to park in the front (there were no other customers at all in the drive thru and in store) waited 20 minutes over the expected time only to find out when I walked in to see what was taking so long that my order was sitting there the whole time and they forgot to bring it out cause they were busy socializing amongst themselves. Thank you for my cold dinner, do better.
