I asked for roasted tomatillo sauce and got medium sauce. The drive-thru person didn't listen very well. Not sure if they were listening to some one else but they got my smothered burrito wrong.

Prices have gone up but the quality of customer service has gone down! I’m sorry but with the amount of money you’re paying for 1 item off the menu I’d appreciate for my to go or drive thru orders be given to me with napkins and utensils! It used to be customary in the service industry to provide these for your patrons but lately it’s more common for restaurants to require you ask for them for them to be provided!
