Today, I went to this location of cafe rio to get some food on my lunch break, I got a steak tostada and they served it half way. I asked if the tostada has gone smaller than usual and he ignored my questions, looked at me in an upset way, put my food on a bag and throw my order in the table. I asked the cashier who was next to him if that’s the normal way to do that/treat people? and if I saw wrong and he threw my food? Ordered via the app, most of order was either incomplete or wrong.
Didn’t give me my food after I sign up in my app and got a free meal and hid away in the back and refused to talk to me happily taking my business to costa vida cause at least they will give me my food when it’s in front of me and not being stolen from me
I think the negative reviews are exaggerated. This is the perfect place if you maintain a strictly vegan diet. You can be 100% sure you won't be served animal protein, just lettuce, rice, and maybe some beans if you're lucky.
