Cafe Rio used to be one of my all-time favorite restaurants. However, today’s experience completely changed my opinion. I went here at 5:30 pm and I ordered a salad. However, right after I ordered it, the worker began putting in large chunks of lettuce WITHOUT even asking if I preferred it shredded. The lettuce pieces were so oversized that I couldn’t even fit one piece in my mouth. When I sat down to eat, I quickly realized the lettuce was in terrible condition.
