I'm disappointed with this Café Río. It used to be good, now it's bad. I stopped by today for the Wednesday toast sale, and it turns out they're out of toast. But that's not all. Beff's meat is also gone, now you literally have to pay extra for any meat you choose. I ordered roast beef. It was full of fat and semi-cooked, not well cooked.I was told that now there is only the Bowl, The food wasn't good, and the service was bad. I won't be returning to that café. Went thru the Drive-thru. Charge us for everything we order but was missing our salad dressing and Chips.
Just had a great experience at this location. A really kind gentleman (who I believe is the manager!) made sure I was being taken care of while waiting to pick up my order, including giving me a drink and double-checking the accuracy of my order when it was ready. Not used to being so welcomed in a restaurant, so thank you!
Outstanding service and taste. Great location. Ive had bad experiences at other locations but this one has never ever disappointed.
