I placed an online order, and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I asked an employee, and she said they were making it right then, so I waited about 10 minutes—still nothing. Meanwhile, the staff were answering calls through their Apple Watches and doing other things. Like always, we paid for items that were not given to us. The food was bland and overall Cafe Rio has become an awful restaurant and the more people who go to Costa Vida the better

Food quality has taken a serious hot the last few years but the quantity getting so much smaller while upping the prices significantly ease the final straw. Never again

If you’re looking to save time on your Oder, DO NOT order it for pick up at this location. Very slow service when it comes to pick up orders. Waited for over 20min after pick up time. Not a busy day at the restaurant either Update: got my food, arrived at home only to find out that they didn’t even get the order right… there was a point there were 3 employees working on my order.
