This is the first time that I felt like family at Cafe Rio. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was great.

We live in Kaysville and drive right past the Farmington location to go to Bountiful! They are the BEST! Fast, so friendly, and their food is so fresh and the order is always correct! Jesus is awesome and such a hard worker, welcoming and always has recommendations that we end up loving! We will continue to make the drive to this location!
Placed an online order at 5:07 pm with an anticipated pick-up time of 5:30 pm. Arrived a few minutes after 5:30 pm, but had to wait, and wait, and wait. Did not receive food until 6:04 pm. No recognition or apology from the staff, the individual wouldn't even look at us or any of the other people waiting in line for their online orders. But wait, there's more! They got our order wrong.
