Unreliable, rude, and something is always missing. The service always has a bad attitude, as if doing the basics of their job is a pain for them. Don't bother paying the fees they charge you for extra sauce or dressing, because you're guaranteed not to receive them. I decided to give them one more shot after needing a refund last time, as I was given a completely different bowl than I ordered, but the experience was just as lazy and uncaring as always. I would not recommend.
