We called and ordered for our company training and they were able to complete our order within a couple of hours. We had plenty of food and it all turned out amazing and delicious!
We have gone to Cafe Rio three times in the past two weeks. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have been out of steak. It is almost as if they are unable or unwilling to have steak ready for people to order. Two of the three times, we had to wait for another meat to be cooked. One of the three times we ordered online, the meat choice was not available, and we were told that it would be an hour until it was ready. Our server, Savanna, is fantastic. The food was great as well, but Savanna was friendly, prompt and helped get us what we wanted for dinner. Thank you for the great service!
The gal that took our orders was really nice. Food was great. Tables were all dirty so we had to just deal with it.
We waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes just to find out that we couldn’t place are order and wasted our time because we didn’t go in the right entrance way. The sign needs to be moved, because there are two ways to get to the drive through. I’m sure we aren’t the only one this happened to. The lady at the window was also very blunt and didn’t help rectify the issue. Poor customer service.
