Crunchy rice not very good chicken.
If you order online and they happen to be out of your selection, they will wait for you to come pick it up and then force you to get a refund or stand there and wait for 20 minutes for them to remake something else. They have all my contact information when ordering and have no excuse for not giving me a heads up as soon as the order is put in. Around 70% of the time I have eaten here they messed up the entire order. This is not exclusive to the cedar City location. I am done giving this dysfunctional franchise money
I would have to say this was the worse Salad I have ever had ! Chicken was black and hard, rice was not cooked, No Pico or anything else put on the Salad.. absolutely horrible !!!
They didn't skimp on the meat like other Mexican places do.
Very slow, can't handle a crowd. Was dirty.. didn't care for a line full of people and decided that that was the time to clean up a prep line. Overpriced!
