I’d like to give some praise to this location for being so nice and accommodating all my request with my food since I’m very picky. I had never eaten here before and my wife suggest we try their nachos for game night of the NBA finals. Let me tell you the steak and pollo asado nachos were amazing. The queso is flavorful, they also add shredded cheese and pass it through an oven that melts it all together. This service in this place has gone down a lot. They want you to spend money, but want to make your plate the way they want it, not the way you want it. They will talk about in spanish and laugh like looking at you. The food is either very salty or not fresh. Few of the staff will make the experience OK like Jason, Bryan and Luis and another female staff, but the rest is very rude and arrogant. You can't be selling bad quality food and have an awful customer service, at least one has to be good...
