Nothing's fallen off at the restaurant--still really pleasant people and solid food--but I want to lodge my public complaint that somebody in a corporate office decided that taking the customer satisfaction survey doesn't merit the free chips and salsa that it used to. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but rewarding customer loyalty and engagement with a pat on the head when you used to give away free chips and tasty salsa seems a bit of a bad move, right?
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE. The last few times we have (we have kids so ordering online seems like a good idea) and it gets worse every time. Today we were walking around nearby so we got to the restaurant and ordered online at 11:45 - it was not busy at all. The app said it would be done by 12:00 but we didn’t get our food until 12:30. Everyone else who ordered online had to wait at least 20 mins past when the app said it would be ready. People going through the drive thru or in line got their food fine. When dining in it's nice to come here instead of Costa Vida because the kitchen isn't as loud so you can actually hear each other when you're ordering. Staff here are kinda rude though
There was plastic in my quac and I didn't get my receipt for the survey and to know what I exactly got and spent.
Garbage. Menu change garbage. Can’t have rice with your quesadilla or lettuce.
