The staff is always very nice and food is great!
I wanna give 0 stars. Their meat portion for the price is bull crap. They rip you off. I got 4 chopped peaces of chicken for a 20 lbs salad (23 dollar salad). Told me it’s correct as it’s the size of a tiny salsa side… the kid size salsa cup for reference…. Anyway. Spend your money elsewhere. Place is a rip off

I have been a loyal Cafe Rio customer for years, and I continue to come back to this location because of the people. Over time, I have gotten to know many of the employees by name, which speaks to how often I visit. I typically eat here three to four times per week, and the team consistently does an excellent job preparing my bowls. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and one of the main reasons I remain such a dedicated customer. That said, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere at this location could use improvement.
