I have been coming here constantly for about a little over 4 years and I get the same tacos every time. But the last 6 times getting the pork tacos I have spent probably over 100 dollars and thrown it away every time after a couple bites.It has tasted like whoever is making it doesn’t care. It’s barely shredded and you get big chunks of fat in it and it’s not appetizing at all to me anymore. This location has dramatically improved over the last year. It almost lost us. Once they were slow but now they are down right speedy. Once they had an energy of slothful indifference. Now they are happy to see you and care about your experience. Every aspect of the experience has been elevated. Now is the time to give Cafe Rio another try. They are doing great!
