Came here 6:00 on a Saturday night. Only looks like 3 people are working, 2 tables full, no line. Been a fan of Cafe Rio for a long time but usually is hit and miss at this location. Seems like this place keeps dwindling down. Tonight they were out of steak, out of fire grilled chicken, and out of queso. Again Saturday night and it is 6:00. If food isn’t prepped by now, what is going on?
Respectfully. As an assistant manager of a food chain I understand it can be annoying when customers come in 15 minutes before closing. But sighing loud enough that I can hear when walking in and an eye roll is absolutely not necessary. Didn’t even order food just walked out. 9/17/26 Good customer service goes a long way…..
Best tortillas in town. A little pricy. Sadly this location is so dirty now! All the windows had fingerprints all over them. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse, and every table in there was dirty even though there were not many customers. We will still order from here, We just won't be eating inside because it's gross.
Constantly good food.
