We walked in, no one acknowledged that we were even there. 4 people standing there doing nothing.We asked if they can take our order and said we're doing these to go orders. Never asked can we help you, please wait, they said nothing to us, so we left. Horrible customer service and if the manager was there they need to do their job. They need to be ashamed of themselves.
I love this place but this time my tortillas were so stale I couldn't eat them. 😫 I go so often the manager knows what I order and makes it how I like it!! They always give good portions for what you pay. Extremely satisfied 99% of the time!!
