Greeted when I came in. Ordered on the tablet. Place was clean. Food was ready quickly. Order was correct. Food was not just thrown together & soggy like another nearby location.
I was really disappointed with my experience here. The portions were surprisingly small compared to other Café Rio locations. The service felt very nontraditional in a bad way—you don’t order with a person but through a kiosk, which removes the personal touch entirely. After that, you have to finalize your order at the same customer service window while still standing in the same crowded dining area where people are trying to eat.
