The girl that helped me order was super! Very helpful. Unfortunately, my cheese enchilada was cold in the center. The beef taco was a bit tough. The chips were good. The floors had a lot of spills and icky stuff left my shoes sticky and made noise as I walked, and it was not very clean inside overall. I was starving so I ate it but will not return.
This location is so hit or miss. After the quality of my food today I don’t think I’ll return. The queso I got is so thick and the total wrong color. The rice for my kids’ meals was so old and gross looking I didn’t let them eat it. Very disappointing
I ordered through DoorDash for delivery two nights in a row. I tried this Cafe Rio location on Cotton and Greenway when it first opened a year or so ago. Our first couple orders there, we picked up in person. Unfortunately they weren’t prepared well, items were missing, smaller portions, food was no where near the same quality as our favorite restaurant location on Waddell near Litchfield.
