The sweet pork and carne asada are really good. The process of ordering seems error prone, they often make mistakes. I wish there were lighter options, even the salads are pretty heavy.
The lemonade was out! BOO! When I asked for it to be refilled, I was told they didn't have any more. So much for my "free drink."
I went in since it’s been forever since I had cafe rio. This lady Yadira was yelling at people and telling they ran out tres leche which the other employee had to correct her that they had some. Not to mention I order tres leches which turns out they had some and forgot to charge with the other orders. I will not be returning in this location EVER!!!
Sandra is the best! Great service and super kind. This location consistently has incredible customer service, the food is well portioned, and the lobby is always clean.
