Your food is always disgusting. Its not Cafe Rio, its YOUR location. Im submitting a health department complaint. I found a literal FLY on my salad. Your business should be CLOSED.
Extremely rude staff ! Food looked as if had been out since they opened ! I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last month different times of the day and each time the staff has been rude
First time going into a Rio, worker was talking to me with no energy whatsoever almost like a zombie.. i get being tired but dang.. i felt uncomfortable even ordering, Drive thru was also closed
Horrible service! Always something wrong or they never have anything ready. Lazy workers and managers
Consistently disappointing experience at this location. The staff is inexperienced, unhelpful, and frequently messes up my order. On top of that, they’re often out of the protein options. Poor management and lack of attention to detail make this a frustrating place to eat. Definitely needs improvement.
