Food was good but the employees were lazy, stood around talking while I waited
To say that this location sucks would be an understatement. The kiosks are horrible and limit how you can order your food and it’s impossible to get the workers attention if there’s an issue. We came in at 9:00pm, an hour before the advertised closing time. We placed our order and went aside to wait. After waiting for a half hour, I went and asked a worker what was taking so long, at which point they informed me that they can’t make the order because they are out of everything. Food is decent. You just have to wait an hour for it. So slow. So slow. So slow.
Hate ordering on the kiosks. Takes forever to get your food.
The food is what you'd expect from Cafe Rio but that's where the enjoyment ends. The indoor seating is always freezing cold it's somehow even too cold during the summer. The tables are always filthy inside and outside. If you're looking for a dine-in experience, drive to the AF location.
