I love Cafe Rio’s food and have always gone out of my way to stop at one while traveling when I used to live in a city that didn’t have one. Now I live within 5 minutes of one and rarely go because the staff is incredibly rude and it seems like they always put the burnt out angry employees at the drive thru window. It’s really unfortunate because their food is so darn good.
Yeah didn't end up ordering. Chaotic and no one seemed to know what they were doing.
Nice place to come if you like being ripped off. They started borrowing Chipotle's strategy when it comes to the amount of meat you get. You don't get much.
If you’re going to Café, Rio, do not do the drive-through they give you less food and they don’t give you all the food that should be in your order. For what I ordered they gave me just rice and meat and they asked me if I wanted everything in the bowl and I said yes but they didn’t give me like any salad or anything and I didn’t notice this until I left Café Rio, The people in the drive-through were very nice though, I wish I would have gotten the order corrected before I left.
