Great customer service
The Customer service was great . I was helped by Camila . Her good energy is over the top . I strongly recommend a promotion in management position, in my humble opinion .
I like cafe Rio but this location is trash the ladies working clearly hate their job cause they are rude and would not give you what you order I had to keep asking over and over for basic things like the pico de Gallo and the side of fruit for my kids quesadilla that says in the menu it comes with. Also they kept saying they were out of meat even though you could clearly see some sitting to the side but she didn't want to cut it and when I did ask the lady for the stuff our meals come with she just rolled her eyes before fin... read more
