Very disappointed with the service here. Only giving two stars because I love Cafe Rio, but truly this location deserves I echo other comments I’ve seen on here of not having food or refusing service, saying “sorry we are closed” or “we’re all cleaned up” in the evening, even though the store hours say they’re still open. The hours posted on the door and online say store hours are Sunday-Wednesday 10:30am-10pm Thursday-Saturday 10:30am-11pm. How about not filling all your online orders before helping people that actually showed up to your restaurant. And maybe just maybe cook your meat before sending it out. It wasn't under cooked, it was strait up raw
Just visited Spanish fork location and I literally cannot believe how gross it was. The chicken tasted like it was cooked this morning and was hard as hell. They didn’t melt the cheese on my tortilla for my salad. I had a pick up set for 5:00 and it wasn’t ready until 5:10. Not a huge deal but when I drove half way home I realized they forgot to pack my queso which is so annoying I had to drive back to grab it. Lastly- For the love. I’ve really tried to like this place because I love the Cafe Rio up in Orem but I live closer to this one. The last three times my wife and I had come to this location (more than an hour before close) they’ve been out of the food we wanted to order. One time I placed an online order and was told my food was ready. I drove roughly 10 min to the restaurant only to have to wait 45 minutes to get my food.
