First time coming here and the staff that waited on me sure didn't have the patience with me. I wasn't so sure how to order and instead of helping me, proceeded to make other orders and wasn't accommodating or helpful that I can finish my order. Ruined the whole experience for me. Their pay system was down and told me food was free but I still came back from getting money in my purse left at the truck to pay for the food. Now regretting the whole thing and that I should have just left with the kind of service I received.
More than a Mexican restaurant this was a subway with a south of the border style, the burrito fell apart as soon as you picked it up, there were no Mexicans at all working in it and probably that's why the food comes out the way it is.
We have been told numerous times by management that if ordering an entree, nino quesadillas are free. Today was charged for them. Tried to explain what manager had told us, they didn’t care. Paid for them and entree with them basically being grilled tortillas with no cheese. Will only return when management that is helpful is there.
Today I visited Café Rio in Great Falls and had a disappointing experience. First off, there was hardly any meat on my bowl, which was frustrating given the price. To make matters worse, the guacamole was brown, indicating it was past its prime. Everything in the bowl was extremely wet, resulting in a soupy mess that was unappetizing.
