History Established in 1990. Café Pyrenees opened its doors in Vernon Hills, on September 7th, 1990. For the past 20 years the establishment has been family owned and operated by Mari and Chef Jean-Marc Loustaunau. The family operation includes grown children Jessica, Christopher, and Nicolas.
