A must visit Pasquals is a very unique restaurant. The food is New Mexican style with a twist. I've never eaten anything there that I didn't like. My favorite meal there is breakfast, but you better get there early or make a reservation because they are alway busy! And it's small, but very cozy. It is located on the plaza so it's a central location and close to everything. They also sell fabulous cookbooks I would recommend eating the huevos rancheros
