Very good. Their food is very good if you like the meat and three combinations. I had their hamburger steak which was wonderful. They are also very friendly and have a nice atmosphere.
Not my favorite I think there are better restaurants in the Trussville area. I heard that Cafe on Main's dressing was good, but the serving I had didn't taste throughly cooked. I like Joel's restaurant better.
Great Caterer We have been ordering from Cafe on Main for several years. We love the food especially the Italian food. It is just wonderful. We have it delivered. Its Hot with all the plates, Drinks and Breads. I would highly recommend them
OK at First I had one good meal here at lunch time.. It was a meat and vegs. The next two times me and other people in the office ate there we all got sick. Not food poisoning but bad enough we never went back.

I have been eating at here for a long time,we drive from Morris just to get their dressing after yesterday no more their dressing is not good they have changed their receipt and also changed iceing on chocolate cake.
The food is great the people are even more and this burger is from heaven thathats the special for today. Its called the pimento cheese bacon ranch cheeseburger!
My favorite restaurant, home cooking at its finest. Never had a bad meal here.
