RecommendedWonderfully romantic place. Great food with really knowledgeable servers. Service was perfect. We never wanted for anything, but there was always some available to clear a plate or fill a wine glass. Food was the best I've had in AZ.
A wonderful place to celebrate a special event . It was our 53rd wedding anniversary and they made us feel special from the moment we walked in the door, greeting us with happy anniversary . The food and service were amazing and they presented us with a special desert . We could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate our anniversary .
This is a place to go to create memories, service is outstanding, food is delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to create a memory.

Not only was the food, wine, and setting divine; it was as if everyone that worked there knew it was our anniversary. We felt so special. The garden was the perfect romantic backdrop. And Chris, our server, was the bee’s knees! Can’t wait for another visit!
We paid our first visit to Cafe Monarch this evening with reservations for two. Noah and staff were spectacular and this was a fantastic dining experience. The cuisine was unique, flavorful, and filling. The servers were attentive, polite, and welcoming. Overall, it’s one of the best experiences we have had in high end dining. Thank you for this delectable date night!
The warm greeting, the ambiance, Robert's exceptional service, and the exquisite meals are worthy of all the awards, recommendations, and stellar reviews. The duck breast was quite special, but all courses we tried were phenomenal!
Had the best meal ever last night. Ever have sorbet in peach salad? Unexpected treat. The entire dining experience was so over the top, no pretense, just over the top food and service.
My fiancé took me here for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing and made our time here feel magical and it felt like they were celebrating with us. The food and drinks were delicious and we even got a complimentary dessert and espresso for anniversary. The decor was absolutely breathtaking and the setting was very romantic. 100% recommended to dine here at least once.
