My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary and he selected Cafe Monarch. It was truly an experience I will not forget - the setting, decor, ambience, staff, and especially the wonderful meal, was one of my favorite in the U.S. I was a little worried about the cost, but it includes everything so really not as expensive as it might appear!
