My wife whipped out the cookbook tonight and nailed the FBOM. Substituted the cellulose noodles for bean sprouts to keep it low carb for us and retain the "snap". Won't keep us away from enjoying a night a the cafe from time to time but great to know we can eat it in our underwear LOL!

Outstanding experience - imaginative, flavorful dishes with a menu big enough to please literally everyone. Huge portions, sharing encouraged, kid friendly without catering to kids
We were staying in rockland on a trip thru Maine. We decided to do a pub/restaurant crawl and every place we went was amazing! This was our last stop and was so pleased with our food! I even bought my husband their book of recipes so he could try a few!
