This was the worst meal ever!!! I have never written a review before, but felt compel to do so after the worst experience dining out ever!! The meal was miss represented and the server and manager was rude and just about told my husband and I to go to hell, when we tried to find out if there was a change in what we ordered. Stay away not worth the price and service, so disappointed and left feeling taken advantage of :(
My family and I had a superbly fantastic time at this restaurant while vacationing in Florida September 2015. The food was excellent, great style and ambience, fantastic and friendly service! Loved it and can't wait to visit it soon. You guys should consider extending your brand to the UK!
Paid $79 for a 2 lb lobster tail and pasta dish. Was lucky to see about 6 ounces of lobster. We were very disappointed after hearing how good the place was.
What a terrible experience!!! We drove over 90 minutes for a birthday dinner there. The hostesses were rude. We couldn't hear the server speak and then the bar ran out of CROWN and hassled us about getting a replacement bottle. We had to leave without finishing our meal because we were getting yelled at by the hostess/manager at the table. And as we were leaving the same woman was overheard talking poorly about us to another employee. So disappointed! What a nightmare!!!
THE BEST........EXPENSIVE BUT GREAT THINGS ARE ALWAYS EXPENSIVE. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Cafe Martorano is excellent!! Best food ever. Refined, elegant, yet authentic and full of flavor. Definitely will be back for more of the famous meatballs and to try other dishes as well.
