I can't rate Cafe Martorano.. I looked for a sixth star, wasn't available. Let's just say, Steve either made a deal with Heaven or Hell because the "food" is not of earth. I know what I'll be eating in heaven! Off the charts. "Hey Cuz"
Love to give my support to local dining spots! Steve has done a fantastic job bringing his style of Italian cooking to South Florida. I am never disappointed when I go. Steve is a hands on the job type of guy and you'll often see him in the kitchen cooking up the meals that are being served. Like with anything you can happen upon a bad night with service, food or the wrong atmosphere. But this is life, messy and unpredictable. Cafe Martorano is a unique dining experience with delicious food prepared by South Philly's native son Steve, Yo Cuz, Martorano. The bartenders and wait staff are on point with courteous, quick service. Big screen televisions play Box Office classics. Incredibly good music fills the restaurant with your favorite songs from 'yester year'. If you are in or around the Ft. Lauderdale area, Martorano's is most definitely a worthwhile stop.
